My CD tray won't open

Hello. My CD tray won't open. I tried pushing the button in front of the PC but it won't work. Also there's no light. The same problem exists for the floppy disk drive. Please help me. Thank you! :)

Hi,

If there is no power supplied to it then open cpu and check you psu,if mechanically damaged then you will have to open it manually and remove media inside.Be guided by this Faq:
