Cannot Log in to CCM

Hello,

I simply cannot log in to kioskea and when I try the forget password option it asks me to check my email for the validation link, which simply does not arrive.

Can someone please help me.

Hi,

You can't log in because your aren't registered. Try to register again and verify that you give the right email address.

Ok I registered again, and I do get the validation link, but when I click on it, nothing happens.

I get this message :

404 error
Requested URL was not found !
You will be automatically redirected to the homepage in 5 seconds.

Hello Prats,

When you register yourself, a link is sent to your email account and you should validate your account by clicking on the link. Please make sure that you have correctly registered yourself. While signing up, please confirm the information being provided is valid.

I have manually activated your registration (with "Prats" as nickname), but i'm not sure you registered with this nickname.

Can you atleast read the context of the whole problem. I CANNOT create a profile, that is the issue and then you ask me to become a member ?

Hello Prats,

The WM has registered you as a member, so you should be able to create a profile.

From the homepage, top right corner, it says "sign in", you should then be logged in.

Then, again, top right corner, click on your user name which should bring you to your personal profile page, for you to enter the info that you wish.
