Change language of turkish HP mini netbook

hello dear friend
I bought a HP netbook with model of compaq CQ10 mini from Turkey. When I turned on the netbook for the first time it's set up for preparing windows was in Turkish & I couldn't change the language of set up page to English, so when the set up finished the windows was in Turkish language & now I don't know how should changed the language because I don't know enough Turkish. I want to ask you is it possible that I change the language of windows to English from Regional & Language option, or NO?

No you can't from there. This manipulation change only input language keyboard.
What distrubution of windows do you use?
Frappes ta tête contre une cruche. Si tu obtiens un son creux, n'en déduis pas que c'est forcément la cruche qui est vide!

Sorry but you can only change the system langage on ultimate version, However you can buy a key for upgrade to windows ultimate!

thanks for your answer. According to your answer, the language of this windows can't be change. Do you know how I can recover the windows? Is it possible that reset up the netbook?

Yes you can reset up your netbook by reinstall it with an official version of windows 7 that you purchase.
