Black Screen Problem

Hello,



Well I Have A Hp Laptop And A Couple Of Days Ago I Turned It On And My screen just went black and i cant see anything only a bar that shows its loading 2 the log in part at the beggining and wen its finished loading it just stays on a black screen

Can Any1 Help Me?!

Try this:


- Remove battery, unplug power, hold power button for 60 seconds, turn on computer with power plug only, then shutdown, add battery and restart


Please let us know as there are other sources for the problem

Right, by this manipulation the bios is reset to its factory state.

Hello Bionik,

Not at this point, removing the battery will not affect anything in the system. Batteries can be removed anytime. We used to believe that but it was proven to be a myth.
