Hello,
Try this 1
You can try the default user name and password to login into your router
configuration page. If you have changed the password then try to reset it.
(Note : It will clear all the settings you have configured in the router.)
Click on the below link and follow the instructions

Later you can download your router manual from the manufacture's website and
configure your router.
