Hello sir...
i am getting STOP: 0x0000007B (0xF78D2524,0xC0000034,0x00000000,0x00000000) error
while installing windows XP in my HP Pavillion DV4 1318tu laptop. Even though i tried other windows xp cd's i am gettign same problem...
n in my laptop dere is no setting to change settings of SATA r DRIVERS r ny thing related to hard drive.. wht shud i do nw?

The 0x0000007b error code may have several sources:
1] Windows is incapable to locate the partition or start disk. This issue occurs after partitionning of a disk, the addition of a new disk, the disk controler update or after moving Windows to another disk
[2] Could be caused by a virus.
[3] Windows XP or Vista - After a motherboard change
[4] Windows XP or Vista - If the error occurs after a Windows auto installation, you must reinstall Windows because the error is caused by a non compatible memory driver.
[5] Windows XP - Error may occur after intalling Easy CD Creator Platinium Edition.
In most cases, Windows must be repaired or reinstalled.
