Greetings,
The 0x0000007b error code may have several sources:
1] Windows is incapable to locate the partition or start disk. This issue occurs after partitionning of a disk, the addition of a new disk, the disk controler update or after moving Windows to another disk
[2] Could be caused by a virus.
[3] Windows XP or Vista - After a motherboard change
[4] Windows XP or Vista - If the error occurs after a Windows auto installation, you must reinstall Windows because the error is caused by a non compatible memory driver.
[5] Windows XP - Error may occur after intalling Easy CD Creator Platinium Edition.
In most cases, Windows must be repaired or reinstalled.
Regards

Just wanted to show my appreciation by registering here and thanking you for your tip, I have been on the phone to dell twice to try and fix this issue and I was told (the first time) My new 500 GB drive that they replaced was faulty and the second call that I just needed to download the Dell diagnostic's and that would fix the issue, 2 words for dell support ABSOLUTE SPASTICS.
