Indicate sim card change

Hello, my phone for some days have been indicating sim card changed while I have not changed the sim card. In addition, it equally makes as if a call or message is coming while there is no such thing.
In these cases what is happening and what should I do.

Hello,

This might be occuring because there is some corrupted material on it and it will be advised to have it restored to factory settings in order to get it working back properly.
