Hello,
am using sony ericsson k550i. and it got hanged due to virus....and i had to do software update by which i lost all my messages, contacts, images, notes, tasks, etc.......i want to recover those......please help me......

Greetings,

Normally, while updating your mobile phone's software, it is reccomended to make a back up of your files for not losing them. If you haven't done it, there is no way how you can get it back.
