.exe file not opening not win 32 application

Hello,

Pls help me, while opening folder with extension .exe its showing not a valid win32 application

One thing I discovered, was after the instalation of WinXP I had some unknown security measurements to prevent opening .exe files, in properties of the .exe there was Unblock button which enabled me to run .exe :P
