hi
I assume ur usinf OS XP and internet explorer for browsing
ok it few simple steps
open ur Internet explorer
no go to the menu bar and select Tools > Internet Options
on the General tab of the pop up window
look out for Browsing History and slect the Delete tab under it
u will b directed to another window with many options
select the "Delete Cookies" option now close and click apply
colse the final wondow
ur job is done
