Ram upgrade problem ddr2

Hello,
i have intel celeron d,pentium 4 foxconn 945g7ma-s2 with two legend 512mb ram. just up graded to corsair 2x 2gb and windows 7 won't start for me. any ideas out there that may help me to solve the problem

in our general practics above 3gb memory/ram creating a big problem . and we could not use two ram once atime . because these ram runnning speed (bus speed) may be diffrent so it creat problem / no display. please chick one ram in one slaut once atime. also some time we can get fault in one ram slaut. thanks

i have tryed 1 ram at a time and no luck.i will try 2x1gb ram and hope i dont have a problem. cheer's craig
