Generic MP4 Player with fm radio - touch scre

Hello,


I have bought a touch screen mp4 player(never had a mp4 player or mp3 player before) and i am quite happy with it,i have managed to download mp3 songs on to
my mp4 player and the sound quality is brillant,the only problem is the sound is too high and i cannot seem to turn it down,
i have gone into the settings and i cannot see how to change the volume control.

Help would be appreciated.
