Try this 1
Go to BIOS, look for the option SATA Mode and change it to IDE\ATA\Compatible
Mode and then try to install the windows xp. But there will be slight decrease in
the performance. Another way is to integrating the SATA drivers. For this let us
know your laptop model number and the processor brand name.
