Dell desktop locked

Hello,


I forgot the password to get into my desktop, and I ended up pressing the f-12 or f-4 button don't remember which one, however something I pressed or something, (honestly don't remember doing anything) totally locked the computer, now when it gets turned on the whole computer system is locked, keeps coming up a black screen, there is a main password that has to be used to unlock the computer can anyone help

My personal facebook account is locked and after there is options with confirm id and i have no government issued id for confirmation so humbly request you to give me other option like get a cod on phone or email my account and this is my personal account
