Hello,
Connect it to the computer --> Right-click on your memory card drive --> Properties --> Let me know the "File System". Is it RAW?

sometimes this message is displayed due to wrong type of disk format....
if you have formatted ur memory card using FAT32 or any thing else, the mobile phone will display "MEMORY CARD IS CORRUPTED".
hence, once again format ur memory card by using "FAT" file system
