Playstation network issue

Hello,
when i play online (playstaion network) what ever game it is i always now have a low connection and half the time my game stops all together and i have to turn my playstaion off and on again. my laptop comptuers etc are all working fine its only my playstaion network. When i do the playstaion online test it always works and it says i have no problems please help me i have just got the new game dc universe (online game ONLY) and it wont lets me play it at all the whole game stops and i once again have to turn my playstaion off and on only for it to do it to me again!!! !! !! please help me?
