How to connect two monitors to my computor

Hello, my computor has the NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430
i am connected to one monitor , how do i connect the other monitor i have to use both at the same time ... do i need a different cable to hock up the second monitor , on the mother board , the only available socket has 3 rows of five pins , can this be used to connect up the second monitor ,
please advise
