Hello my iPhone 32GB made in China .. when I put the calling card I can not call someone .. Please I want to do I schedule this device again

Hi,

Be sure the sim is active ,try it on another mobile phone if fine then reset all settings on mobile phone that is for the iphone else contact service provider for further help on it,
