What do you mean??? you have to be specific whats the problem how do you need help load music? to what?

Usually you can use iTunes to load music to your iPhone.
But the the following scenarios, consider an alternative method:
1. You need to populate your iPhone music library from on multiple computers;
2. You don't want to compromise existing songs on your iPhone;
3. You prefer a much flexible interface, say Dragging-n-dropping, instead of routine iTunes sync.
If so, have a try with CopyTrans (for Windows) or PrimoMusic (for Mac).
