Blue screen error

i have win xp sp3 in my pc in my system working continiously more then three hours its getting blue screen error i have tried last good configuration and safe mode then uninstalled latest software also and runned comman chkdsk /r then also still i am facing the same problem any body help me please how can i slove this problem

Please tell me the 10 caracter code beginng with 0x that you see on the blue screen.
