C:\programme filesx86\excel phone number format software.xla' could not be found. Check the spelling of the file name, and verify that the file location is correct. If you are trying to open the file from your list of most recently used files on the File menu, make sure that the file has not been renamed, moved, or deleted.

when I open excel 2010 above message comes first. How to remove this

What have you tried before?
Excel Options, Add-Ins, Manage Add-Ins, uncheck the add-in you do not want.

I tried this:
1. excel.exe /regserver & excel.exe /unregserver and
Click Start, and then click Run.
In the Open box, type regedit, and then click OK.
Open the following registry key:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Excel.Sheet.8\shell\Open\command
In the right pane, click (Default).
On the Edit menu, click Modify.
Remove the %1 from the end of the Value data string so that the data string reads as follows:
"C:\PROGRAM FILES\MICROSOFT OFFICE\OFFICE\EXCEL.EXE" /e (including the quotation marks)
Click OK, and then close Registry Editor.
