Help me solve my pc problems

Hello,
I have downloaded java and flashplayer and they are not working. I dont know what to do Ive tried everything. someone plz help me b4 I throw the computer out the door. I cant even sign into my youtube either, Ahhh!!!!

Try disabling your firewall and/or antivirus. If it works then that was the problem.

I disabled my firewall and its not working still. Its window vista and my opinion it stinks. anything else I should try
