Mobile and webcam Usb won't work

Hello,
i had problem on ntldr is missing.yesterday i had formated my windows xp and i loss my data on c drive.but my pc is working properly except my usb drive.it reads pendrives and card readers only.so i couldn't connect my mobile via pc suite and also couldn't connect scanner and web cam.please tell what should i do.

Dear Guru,

It's a frequent issue occuring after formatting. You must reinstal your driver and all will be just perfect.

Dear Guru,

As an addendum to my answer.

You must reinstall your mobile driver and your webcam driver and you will be a winner
