What does0x000012d mean

Hello,
I was o the parry grip website and listened to some of the songs in windows media player. I got a random stop error every time one finished. I then started a new browser and it crashed almost immediately and refused to close. I did the natural thing when windows is being windows (crashing) I opened task manager. Only it refused giving a different stop error, 0x000012d. I couldn't find any results apart from a guy who's dell died after that, my pc is a dell. It also did the classic mode shutdowndialogs rather than the more decerative xp one. I restarted it and it seemed fine. I don't need anything doing but I want to know why it happened. You guys have been great before and I already have two dead computers on my hands. I just want to know that it won't be three. Cheeres.
