Laptop help blue screen

Hello, can u help me my toshiba laptop wont start up it goes as far as microsoft corpration then before it gets to welcome a blue screen comes up saying about if i have had new hardware or software is installed correctly but have not put any new ones on .tryed repair that it recommended loads of times and i have tryed recovery disc nothing plz help

Hi,

Can you give me the 10 caracter error code on the blue screen? It starts with 0x.
