Not getting proper reponse for phone forum

Hi,

I used this site from last month, its give a nice support to come out of my Excel, Macros problem.

but i posted two three question regarding the problem in phone or computer and not getting any response. kindly look into these forums also.

one more thing if i put my question in wrong forum without knowing that in which forum i have to put that question, how can you help in this?
