hiii,
i've completely up dated my laptop and msn is working, but i can't use my webcam in convo's, as it wont t=let me click the send webcam because it's shaed grey.
can anyone help me please?

hi,
what is the made and model of the webcam?
well, it may be that the drivers are no more compatible.
try to upgrade it as well.
