Pairing mode on an orange router wifi ipod problems

Hi all,
I've tried all the tips below but still cannot connect my Ipod to my Orange WIFI router. My Mac connects seamlessly but when i enter the same WAP key into my IPod it just says Unable to connect - despite having pressed button 1 having flashing light etc. It used to work then i connected to another network in the UK and now can't get back onto my home Wifi - any ideas?????
