wireless network cant access internet Closed

Hello  
i cant access internet because wen ever i try i get a message saying that Wlan is disabled have been trying to install wireless network adapter drivers but they have failed im using windows 7, can you help and send for me a link on where i will get the wireless network adapter  and network controller drivers for windows 7

Are you using a laptop? If so, do you have a WLAN switch or button on it? If your unsure could you provide me with the laptop make and model.

yep its a laptop(compaq) at the first it was working and i changed the o/s i put windows 7 ultimate since then it has not connected

You might need to download the wireless chip drivers from the laptop's manufacturer.  Go to "control panel" "classic view" and click on "Device Manager" - if you have an unknown device or no wireless device then you need the driver.
