Dvd in my drive its showing 0 bytes

Hello,

i arin when i put audio vedio dvd in my drive its showing 0 bytes. but this dvd open in dvd player. what is the problem ? pls let me know. my operating system is windows xp.

It can be purchased in supermarkets /music shops or even computer shops.
