Real Player 14 must click to play each track

Hello,

Question 1) I have downloaded Real Player 14. But I find that when I select to play all the songs listed, I have to click to play each track one by one due to clip postion not found problem. Previously, I have been using an earlier bersion of Real Player and this problem does not arise. I just click play all.

Question 2) I also find the clip problem in playing videos that I have downloaded due to clip problem. It says the clip position cannot be located. Please advise.

Question 3) Is Real Player 14 compatible with Windows Vista Home Premium? Will it cause crashes? Previously there is one version of Real Player that is not compatible with Windows Vista Home Premium and it causes blue screen factor whenever it crashes. Please advise.
