how do i transfer files via bluetooth to another device with an htc s740 windows smartphone please in desperate need of your help

make sure you search for a device and the htc phone is in *find me* mode

htc inovation s740 send any file via blietooth first on bluetooth and then select any file and press opsion and selec beem and wait for serching device.
