Regarding download problem

Hello,
i am nitu.i got problem that i am unable to open or download the files which come through email.earliar it work but dont no what happen now.please send me easy step which i can be follow .

Can you tell me more about the format of the files you have received? maybe your problem is due to the fact that these contents are in an unkown format,therefore becoming impossible to open. Need more information plz.
