Bluetooth driver for HPdv5200tx

Hello,

wen i start bluetooth on my laptop with wireless assistant it shows that bluetooth is disabled even after i install the drivers for it from HP website.ihave tried in both windows 7 and xp both have same problem
device is HP integrated bluetooth module wireless technology 2.0

any other drivers compatible with my device.
plz help
