Can not download "download accelerator plus"

Hello, when i try to download the program Download Accelerator Plus (DAP) i get a pop up saying that the easy hook 32.DL was not found, can you guys please let me know why is this happening and how can i solve the problem

i think you better try other web browsers to download. i recommend google chrome
