What is the 10 caracter error code you are getting? It starts with 0x.

When you boot your computer, press F8 and start it up in the mode which will not automatically restart the computer when an error happens, then look for a hex code, something like "0x000000ED". And what is written with it? My example would have "UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME" with it. I think this is the 10 character code Ambucias is talking about.
