I know this post is a year old now, but I got the W32.banker.fs, the screen changed (wallpaper) and task manager refused to launch - the system went beserk.
I did a system restore to a time before the problem and it cured the fault. I will run a malware program when I next use the laptop

why do you want to kill this win32 file???it might be very important for your system. You can try to reformat your pc though
