Toshiba web camera drivers

Hello,
i have a laptop that was recently cleaned or whatever they put in a new windows well suppossly because i had windows vista and now it has windows vista but i guess its another version the problem is that my laptop has an integrated camera and now it does not work how can i do it to make it work again ??? please help
