keyboad & mouse are not working after login Solved/Closed

Hello, 


i have recently updated my pc with tuneup utilities software thereafter if i restart my pc
 and after login keyboard and mouse are not working means strucking,,
so what should i do now to fix this problem, plz help me 
Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 3.6.12

Greetings, 

Try this: 

When you switch on your computer, start tapping the "F8" key to get 

"Windows Advanced Options"( if boot menu appears, press "Esc" key and keep 

tapping the F8 key) 

Select "Safe Mode"

After connected to Windows, restore your system to a date before tuneup utilities installation.
