License Problem!!

Hello,

I have a lenovo laptop. I had a virus problem so I recovered my pc using the lenovo recovery disks. It recovered everything except some apps. I had noted down the adobe and winzip key before. I dowloaded adobe pro 6 and winzip 11.1. But when I try to register them, the key is invalid error pops up. I tried another adobe key for testing. It also started with 1118. It worked. Winzip 11.1 didn't get regsitered with my key and name. I'm sure I copied them down correclty beofre. Please help me wth this problem.

Rex, Your Majesty Jack,

I am terribly sorry but Kioskea cannot help you to recover license key as it is contrary to the Charter.
