many problems on my Walkman mp3 NWZ-E345 Closed

Question

My walkman mp3 doesnt want to turn on. It doesnt get  recognized by the computer as a Media Transfer Protocol (MTP) device. It is not recognized by the computer. It is not recognized by Windows Media Player. It has 0000000A Error. It turns on, and then turns off immediately after the Every Moment Has its Music display. 





Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 534.16
