Dead bios

Hello,
Need some help I currently have a m6319 gateway laptop a refurb..The thing is it is still under warrenty but i am just getting the run around by reburb manufacturing the company i guess gateway uses to reburb there reburbish computers.. there is next to non suporrt from them .. so my laptop has been bricked for over 2 months now...
I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find the firmware for the bios and the keys I need to type so I can do a bio recovery on the laptop.. any help would be much apperciated...
