Hello,
I have Internet connection. I want software to make calls on Mobile/Landline from my PC via Internet, So,please which software is suitable for it. Please advice me.

OM,

Such software for free calls does not exist and no provider on this planet gives free services.

Why you may ask? Because nobody wants to work for free and every body wants to make a rupee or a buck.

Looking for free stuff is a waste of time.
