Hello,
I used windows xp sp 3 and i reformat it and gone back for windows xp sp2.now whenever i install latest software like winamp,firefox,vlc player i getting error message
"The system DLL user 32.d// was relocated in memory.The application will not run properly.The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\windows\system 32\SHELL 32 DLL occupied an address range reserved for windows system DLLs.The vendor supplying the DLL should b contacted for new DLL"
kindly help me sir

Rajan,
The reformatting corrupted some files.
You must:
1. Click on start, run, type chkdsk and enter to try to recover the dll. If the dll is not recovered,
2. Reinstall your SP2.
3. Reinstall SP3
