I mean Internet Explorer, or Firefox. If IE, which version, 6, 7, 8 or 9.

When you have Internet Explorer open, click on tools (top right) then click on Internet settings then on the advanced tab. At the bottom of that window, click on reinitialize default settings. Click ok.
Restart you computer and tell me if you see a difference.
