URGENT ! flash drives (PenDrives)

My Problem is that every time i install a pendrive or webcam My Computer Detects it but it appears a Box of "Found New" "Update Hardware (Wizard)" and My Pendrive or Wecam Doesn't appear in the Folder My Computer like is used to be in any usual computer...Wizard tells me that they found me a software... for my pendrive??? ... 0.o PLEASE HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

go to the hardwares site and fully install the software (drivers) for the drive
