How to activate my bluetooth device

Hello, Frnd im using windows XP . And i dont know how to activate my bluetooth device .. please clarify my doubt....

u want to install a bluetooth driver software in system..
then it is very easy. .

Hey yaa i installed bluetooth driver s/w from my Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop .... but it askin "Activate bluetooth using Fn+F2 or Radio On/Off switch "
I dont know how to do this.... Im using Windows XP OS .. so is it problem to use bluetooth ???
please reply ......:-(
