Showing error while installing Flashplayer

Hello,
when I am trying to install Flash player is showing the error window
"The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\Shell32.dll occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL."
Please Help

Hello,
You must completly uninstall the version you have tried to install using:
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/6057-adobe-flash-player-uninstaller/
Then retry a fresh copy from the linki below:
https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer.html
