Hello,
Try this 1.
Click on Start --> Run --> Type services.msc and press Enter.
Services windows will be opened. Now scroll down for "Windows Audio".
Make sure its status is "Started". If its not started then to change its status,
double-click on "Windows Audio" --> Set "Startup type:" to "Automatic" and click
on "Start" --> Click on OK.

Try this 1
Go to your manufacture's website --> Download the audio drivers --> Reinstall the drivers.

when i play a song..........it shows this error...

Try this 1.
Click on the below link and download the file

Install it --> Restart your laptop --> Then try installing your audio drivers.
Click on the below link --> Select your model under "Download & Drivers" --> Follow the instructions.

Download the chipset and the audio drivers. First install the chipset drivers and then audio drivers.
