Facebook problems

Hello,
Please could someone help with my problem? My internet connection works perfectly well until I load the facebook website to sign in, then a message comes up saying "internet connection failed, windows will now close the programme", internet will close and then restart. This only happens when on facebook, I would really appreciate any help in solving this matter, thank you! :D
